IN STORE RETURNS
With receipt: Purchases made in store (including purchases through our In Store Pick Up Order service) - or purchases made online at renusalonstore.com can be returned for a credit, or exchanged for another item. Present the unused item(s), along with your original receipt received at the time of purchase, within 14 days of the in store purchase or in the case of online orders, within 21 days of the online ship date. We reserve the right to refuse returns in some cases.
For returns of online purchases or purchases made through our In Store Order service, shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS TO RENUSALONSTORE.COM
Online purchases from renusalonstore.com can be returned to our store or by shipping the unused item(s) with the tags attached and the original online receipt to the address below. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and we recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
RENU hair salon & spa Inc. collects information by various methods including information actively provided by our customers through our store, website and point of sale systems, for the following purposes: to contact you to subscribe to email newsletters, enter contests, to establish and maintain responsible commercial relationships with our customers, and provide general feedback. In addition, we collect information when processing sales and exchanges on-line and in our store to help us prevent fraud as well. Where required under law, we ask you for your express consent and inform you as to why we are collecting this information at the time you provide it. Sometimes your consent can be implied (for example, non-sensitive information knowingly supplied by you to our website).
The types of personal information we may collect include your name, address, phone number, email contact information, and purchasing information.
ONLINE SALES & EXCHANGES
You will be asked to provide your payment information, address, and phone number to complete sales and delivery transactions or, in the case of refunds your original packing slip, for audit and fraud prevention purposes. We do not share marketing and personal information with other third party companies. Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") technology is used to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted. SSL is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It is designed to prevent your personal information from being read by someone else as it travels across the Internet. All of your personal information is encrypted, including credit card number, name and address.
/ PROMOTIONS & COUPONS
Occasionally we'll send out promotional codes to our email members, email subscribers, and/or in store customers. Don't miss out on these extra savings opportunities.
Promotional codes let us know that a special offer should be applied to your order. Promotional codes may have special conditions or restrictions so double-check the code details in the email you received about it.
After you've added some items to your shopping bag and are ready to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided on the "shopping bag" page. Once you've entered the promotional code and clicked "apply" you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order. If there is any problem with the promotional code you've entered, an error message will let you know how to fix the problem before you can continue to check out.

We currently do not accept pre-paid credit or debit cards.
Payment is processed at the time your order is placed.
CREDIT CARDS
For your protection, all credit card information submitted is encrypted when communicating with the bank and we do not store your credit card information.
Sometimes, credit card payments fail because of an incorrect expiry date, mis-entered digit in a credit card number or a mis-entered security code/CVS number. Entering the wrong billing address information can also cause the payment to fail. Your billing address should be entered exactly the same way it appears on your credit card statement.
If all your billing information looks correct, and your order fails to process, please contact your credit card provider for further assistance. Or, you can always place your order again using a different credit card.
PAYPAL
To use PayPal as a tender type, select PayPal as your payment option on the "Billing" page. You will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can confirm your payment. After your PayPal payment has been completed you will be brought back to the renusalonstore.com site to confirm your order.
